Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

You can NEVER go wrong here...best chicken sauce ever. . Just remember to get a second! Good on the fries, the bun and the chicken! Delicious, fast and affordable! Always great specials available!

I went to swiss chalets takeout after a long day at work. I figured I would wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order.....2 -1/4 chicken dinners. It was at the 30 minute mark that I asked how much longer. First I wss told 15 minutes at most...then someone else spoke up and Saud my order wad next...so 5 min. 10 min later I asked again and was told it would be at least 15 more min if not more. So now we are at the 55 to 60 min for my order total. I asked for my money back at this point. They did this without delay. Several people came in before I did this and asked how long they would have to wait for what they wanted and were told at least 30 min if not.more.They walked out. This was with only 4 people waiting in takeout area. I do realize they had people in the dining room as well. If u cannot efficiently handle a takeout you should not have one. Even people that called in orders had to wait 15 min. I will never visit this restaurant again and inform everyone I now to go to Lundys Lane location where I have never waited more than 15 min.

the food was good, even though the waitress claimed she heard "mashed potatoes" when my mom asked for baked. the service was okay, luckily it wasn't super busy so we didn't have a long wait to be seated or served the meal.
