Johnny Rocco's Italian Grill

I was honestly disappointed by this place. Being local to the area, I've heard a lot of mixed reviews, and after my visit, I can say I will never go back. I ordered one of their pasta dishes, and the seafood in it was of very poor quality. Scallops were over-cooked, small, and didn't have flavour, clams were almost non-existant, muscles were small and without flavour, shrimp was okay. Whats worse is that not only was it not very good, there wasn't enough either. I'm a 170lb guy, not exactly a huge eater, and I was left very hungry at the end of the meal after ordering pasta, an extra order of bread, and the salad it came with. To top it all off, it was not cheap. Cheque came to over $100 for two people with only 1 low-tier ($7) glass of wine. Not good food, overpriced, and left hungry. Won't go back.

I have dined “in” at Johnny Rocco’s about 3 times and “take-out” twice. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was real good. The price is a bit high but not over the top. Lots of parking. Beautiful old building. Family friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Will definitely go back!

Solid mid to high quality Italian favorites. Upper mid level pricing. Good drink selection. Great interior and ambience. Occasionally offer live entertainment. Freindly staff. I usually end up here once a month, more so when we have guests visiting. Its our go to family meal out. L

Had my wedding dinner here. Put 36 people in the barrel room. Food was amazing, staff was great and the prices were more than reasonable. Everybody told me how much they enjoyed the food and how nice that room was. Would definitely book again.

Nice atmosphere. Steak was cooked to perfection but little taste. Very little side with it for the $$.. Pizza was tasty. Server was decent but not once asked if we wanted a refill (We had to ask the manager once he came around to ask how things were) and forgot desert. May only go back for a drink.
