I usually have breakfast here a couple times a week. I like my toast a little crispy and if you do to, then make sure you let them know. They always offer ketchup with the hash brown and the coffee is pretty good. I never find it busy (at 8am) which is great for me on the way to school. I'm sure they would prefer that they were busier...lol. I can't speak for other times as it could be really busy between 9-11am. Never had a bad experience and they always help me with the coupons, regardless if they are online or paper ones.

Although it was an exceptionally clean restaurant the food was on par with most and abused the customer service are we say has very mixed reviews. Hawaiian hand some of the associates we're extremely kind and helpful While others had an extremely itchy attitude and definitely do not need to be working with people. I do not often eat a n w however if you are planning a trip out I'm sorry but I would not recommend this location especially given the many wonderful other establishments great here at the same intersection.

Very awesome staff. Food is ready very fast. Very efficient. The restaurant and bathrooms are very very clean. This is by far the best A&W around

Had breakfast there and it was good. Offer table service with eat in orders and coffee refills were free. Friendly staff. Good choice for a quick bite.

Very busy location! The women who work there are the most efficient, considerate and friendly workers in the industry that l've been following since the beginning of A&W in the fifties! They deserve a better wage(or bonus)
