Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

This was a rather busy location with customers lined up to the door but they sat us rather quickly. We had a group of 6 so were sent to the secondary dining room which was great as it sped things up. There were a few tables we could have been sat at but they put us at one that had a big spill on the floor under the table. Everything else was fine service wise and food wise... just wish we weren't sitting in a mess.

My server Haleigh provided amazing service. She was prompt and the food was excellent. It's rare nowadays for a server to go above and beyond this young lady definitely did.

Nice restaurant well decorated very friendly once we entered we were seated quickly and in a nice seat. Food was great however our server was a man named Matt horrible!!!! He doesn’t refill the water at the table he forgot my order I had to wait for so long and brought me the wrong one... when I told him it was the wrong one he gave me a hard time to get the right one. Ontop of all that which disgusted me the most this much older man was checking out my daughter and the girls at the reception (all I would say under 18)!!!!! Gross!!! I am most definitely not going !-back in there again that was the most revolting thing I’ve ever seen!

My mom just got out of the hospital on monday and stopped in this restaurant with my dad to have supper. My mom needed assistance to the washroom and the manager was very understanding and did an excellent job on accomadate my mom with all her needs. Just wanted to express my thanks to your staff for making this visit for my mom pleasant. Thank you very much for your help 😁

Take out or Delivery worst experience always something missing or a super long wait for delivery or even for pick up. Today I got a were sorry note rather then rebating us before delivery. I called 4 times no pick up, so I called Customer Service. Customer service said they had to call the store took her 10 mins to get back to me. Not Her fault she probably had the same problem as me trying to get through to the store. This location has no problems though when it comes to dining in.
