Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

We always love coming back to Swiss Chalet because of the amazing service from Joe! He’s incredibly professional, friendly and knows the menu inside and out. Joe always makes sure we’re well taken care of. His warm and attentive service truly makes a difference in our dining experience. Servers like him are rare. Thank you, Joe!

Swiss chalet is always great. I wanted to give a 5 star review to Joesph our server. We have been going to this location for many years. Joesph is so very kind and friendly. Fast service as always and quick to refill drinks. He is awesome and the food is always hot and amazing. Toss in a 2 can dine for $20 bucks and you can’t beat that.  Great staff and great food. *****5 STAR*****

Five of our group went to Swiss Chalet for supper on Sept. 13.  Everything was good, the service was excellent.  Our waitress, Rachel was very pleasant and even though the restaurant was verey busy she checked to make sure that everything was to our liking and was to our table a number of times to see if we needed anything else.  She is really good at her job and made us all welcome. Our 8 year old got lots of help deciding what he might like and he was thrilled.  We will definitely be back.  It's worth our drive from Waterford to Brantford.  Thank you Rachel.

Stopped by for lunch and my server Joe was absolutely amazing. By far the most genuine and kind hearted person I think I have ever met. Not just with my service but every one of his tables. Keep up the great work Joe!

I recently enjoyed a new menu featuring beef with chicken, which had great taste, though the beef portions were a bit small. The service was excellent, provided by a senior staff member. Great ambience, washrooms need attention.
