Kelseys Original Roadhouse

I used to go to Kelseys all the time, so we decided to go back to see if it is still good. My meal started out with the waitress bringing me stale cold coffee, I asked if she could nuke it to warm it up Lol, she brought me a fresh warm cup. This just said you have to complain to get the hot coffee . We just went for lunch so we just ordered burgers, pretty small for the price. The floors were very dirty every where I looked so hard on the appetite anyway. For the high end prices I would expect more than a cheap burger joint food. Kelseys is just a 3 dressed up like a nine.

Had a blast at Kelseys with my friends! Can't wait to come back! The wings were awesome. My server Mary was so nice and always refilling our drinks! Love to be served by her again

Always enjoyed Kelseys. Went on a Tuesday night. Got the buffalo Caesar wrap. Ordered a salad but got fries instead. So other than that I was good. Never have a bad time with Kelsey's

We go every week for the evening and have a great time. We sit in the booth at the bar and are served by the best staff (Monday - Thursday) If you go, ask for Esther or Jay as your server, and you will not be disappointed - if you like to have a few laughs they will definitely fit the bill. They joke with you at no extra charge...always an entertaining evening!

Awful service and food!! ! I wouldn't give any stars if that was an option. Just left the restaurant -Saturday, Feb 3rd 2018. Over 15mins before someone even took our drink order-that should've been a good indicator but we were hungry. We ordered our drinks and food so we didn't have to wait even longer. It still took over 5 mins after for our drinks... 2waters 2soft drinks. My son ordered a reg order of wings and he received a kids size that didn't have the correct amt of wings (something we had asked about before ordering) . My daughters taco shells and meat were dried out and my steak was over cooked. People that sat down after us were finishing up their meals when we had to ask where our meals were. We waited well over 45mins for our meals. The waitress blamed it in the kitchen, but everyone else seemed to be getting food and service. I was a waitress for many years In the past and don't like to complain as I know how things can go- but this was awful! We were also charged for the 'free' kids ice cream. Pops that are to come with their meals. All this and paid $110.00. Should we have complained more than we did or speak to the manager.. Yes. This was one of the worst experiences eating out with my family. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
