You had a 5 star from me about 10 minutes ago......now your a 2 star. We came for dinner, was asked how many, told the waiting time. About 30 minutes later someone came over and asked us for our name. Turns out the waitress did not take our name and now we were told that we would have to wait about another 30 minutes as our name has now been added to the bottom of the list. REALLY!!!! You messed up and now you expect us to wait for an hour to eat here....no way. And the only reason I'm leaving a 2 star is because your food is good

Personally, tonight services was best experience there. The waitress was the most friendly, apologizic, and kind waitress I have experience. One of the server brought out the wrong wings, and she came by to check in and seen it the wrong wings and she immediately took it back to get the right one, and this waitress put something on the house when it wasn't necessary at all. She came by with refills without asking, checking on us to see if we needed anything more or less, etc. Thank you M for making the best night we ever had in a long time. :)

My husband and I went to this location about 1 month ago and the food was terrible. My husband got a roast beef sandwich on a bun and the roast beef was extremely dry and I got the nachos and they were horrible. The restaurant itself looks like it has not been cleaned in years. We will never return.

The staff were excellent when our food was late coming out the manager came out to say sorry and give us a bit of a deal on our meal food was excellent

Being Valentines Day and no reservations..they wait was only about 40 min. Service and food was great
