Story

Since our doors first opened in 1954, Canadian families have been coming back to Swiss Chalet generation after generation. Our rotisserie ovens only accept fresh (never frozen), grain-fed, Canadian Grade A chickens, because quality is all we know. So what will it be? A Quarter Chicken with fries?

Very good, ate here recently and our server, I think his name was Brandon or something close was very attentive to our table. Love how he asks if everything is tasting good. Only thing I didn’t like was the wait for the food but it was very busy so I understand. Will be back for the exceptional service!

Most everything was over cooked. Service is great but I don't go out to eat for the service. Never be back

Very convenient for families staying in the area. Not the most authentic place as we can expect, but really friendly and wide range of choices!

Just finished eating here unfortunately. Waited over 40 minutes to get our order. Food wasn't cooked properly and really dry. We complained to the server who mentioned it to the manager "Phil" who told us they could only offer us a free take home dessert; we asked to speak to him and he came showing no care towards are experience eating there. Waiting 40 minutes to eat terrible food and having to pay full price. Tables beside us who came 20 minutes after were wondering why they got their food before ours. Phil is unprofessional and cannot manage this restaurant. Your manager shouldn't be running around frantically through the dining room and kitchen especially when it's not even 1/10th as busy as any other restaurants. Will be telling people not to eat here, a joke.
