Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

So me and my boyfriend moved to the valley a year ago. We have given this Swiss Chalet 3 chances. Just kept thinking the next time we went it would be better. Last night was the last time we will ever go to this restaurant. All previous times they were either out of chicken or there was a hour wait time. Food has been cold when finally brought out and staff seem to ignore you. So last night we went in just thinking the previous 2 times was just a coincidence. We stood there just waiting to be seated for about 10-15 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged that we had come in. Usually someone will say, " I'll be with you in a moment". Instead about 5 employees walked by us glanced at us and continued on their way. So when some lady finally came over to seat us she explained they were running about and hour wait time on chicken. This is the only Swiss Chalet I have ever been to that chicken seems to always be a problem. The hostess was saying they tried to stay ahead of it and prepare the chicken in advance but they had still managed to go through it all. The chicken is what we always get when we go. I can't say if the chicken at this restaurant is good because I have never had a chance to try it. So I'm not sure what is going on there but we won't be going back. We instead went across the road to Boston Pizza and had an amazing meal there.

Chicken is good. Service was ok. Seemed disjointed when we showed up asking for a table of eight. Side dishes seemed like they came out of a box.

Delicious fall off the bone chicken. Also good for ribs and other menu items. The prices are competitive. Service is swift and polite. Always make a point of visiting every month.

Food was hot, waitress was nice. It was pretty busy and we didn't have to wait to to long to get our food.

The entire thing was horrible. Will definitely not be going back. Service was terrible. Meals came out cold and the wait staff did not come around to check and see if everything was ok. If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat.
