Sarah was our waitress and she was the absolute best. She was very helpful in helping us pick out our food and she was super friendly. I will be back just because of her, the food was amazing. Hot chicken sandwich was amazing!! Such a great place to eat!! Thank you Sarah!!!
We order half chicken winter warmer but only got what looked like a quarter chicken white-for sure there was no leg attached. Only Swiss chalet can offer. Half chicken which is legless
Quick delivery to our hotel but no salt pepper napkins forks or knives were sent. Luckily the front desk gave us some plastic forks and knives. Thank you Comfort Inn! Poor service, mediocre food.
Got take-out tonight Oct 2nd 2020 Festive Special stuffing tasted soapy or like the water used to make it was bad? Not sure if this is how it is meant to taste but I think it'd be worthwhile for the restaurant to look into this just for safety reasons. Everything else was good.
Shout out to the owen sound Swiss chalet, the service, food and how clean the restaurant is 5 stars truly amazing!!!! Keep up the good work!
