Love this Owen Sound Pizza Hut for it's location, deals, quick service, pleasant and helpful staff, deliciously loaded pizzas and more. They always accommodate my requests and remind me of available deals that might be better than what I'm ordering. Pizza is fresh and hot and consistently wonderful! Keep it up!Food: 5/5
I use to love Pizza Hut, but lately I have been very disappointed with with this location. I am spending big money each time I order here and honestly the value has never been worth the money I spend. I ordered pizza and wings yesterday Monday Dec 26th and my bill was $127.00 The three pizzas barely had any toppings on any of them. But the one I had a real issue with was a small cheese and extra mushrooms. I paid for extra mushrooms and granted it was only $3 but the point was I didn't get what I had ordered. My wife had to Sautee up her own mushrooms to add to the pizza because the extra mushroom pizza literally had 10 slices. When I called and complained the lady I spoke to would only reimburse me the cost of the mushrooms instead of the cost of the pizza, since the product I ordered was not fulfilled. After 10 minutes of arguing and being placed on hold multiple times, she then told me a manager would call me back today, and no one did. The customer service at this Pizza Hut is disgusting. When a customer orders something and the thing they order is delivered incorrectly, you don't just give a partial credit, you credit the entire product especially when the customer is spending well over $100. I will not be ordering from you guys again....
I would highly recommend this place. Their customer service is great. The girl at the counter Ramandeep took my ordered and followed my instructions and made a great veggie pizza. With perfect proportion of cheese and veggies.Well thank you for being so nice and welcoming.
Holy, it has been so long since i have had pizza hut. I remember when they used to be on the East side of town and they had a all you can eat buffet for pizza! We went there so often. Honestly tho i forgot how good their pizza was. I got alfredo sauce for my base then added grilled chicken, mushrooms and roasted garlic and it was AMAZING!! definetly recommend :
Amazing pizza. Cooked well and great taste. Ordered 1x Grilled Chicken Arrabbatia and 1x Veggie Lover's with some extra toppings. Definitely would recommend!
My experience of pizza hut was great jasjit took my order of supper supreme and meat lovet pizza nd that was amazing I enjoyed alot.
Great service with on time ordering. My ONLY complaint is finding parking is really hard in winter. Still.... I'll be back.Food: 5/5
The student deals here are great! Definitely worth checking out.
The pizza here was great the flavour is very delicious. The wait time for our pizza was good. The hours are also great here on most days it’s open until 11PM meaning if your still out you can grab a pizza if you haven’t caught dinner yet. Most fast food restaurants around this area close much earlier then 11PM, so this restaurant is great if your out late.
Great place to order pizza from. But they're $5. Deal is now $7 for the good pizza. I order online for pickup or delivery. The food is good for Pizza hut of course.Food: 5/5
