Hot-n-Ready is literally the only reason why I buy little ceasars. It's not even 7 at night and there is no hot and ready despite all of the advertising including the guy pacing back and forth in front of the store advertising it. I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting 10 minutes for something that is suppose to be Hot and ready.
Fast delicious pizza with great service from the guys up front, went out of his way to look for more of the dipping sauce I had asked for, kids love not having to wait for their pizzaFood: 5/5
Cardboard, undercooked, toppings on only the center, hardly any sauce or cheese. Just buy a frozen pizza and save your money. Oh and you won't be up all night with heartburn.Food: 1/5

First pizza ever tried from this restaurant: BBQ Chicken and it was very fresh dough and I don't ever eat crusts.
Ordered over the phone was in touch directly with person at Owen Sound location, which made things easy. Supreme pizza was amazing, crust cooked all the way thru, and lots of toppings unlike other brands.

Order 192- Just waited for almost an hour which is fine, things happen on a delivery that was placed online for delivery. Tracker didn't work at all. The order never came because even though you'd assume delivery is done directly via little caesars since it says nothing different on the app or website, its actually done through doordash. We don't have drivers in our town after 9 pm, on a rare miracle of a chance you'll find one until 10... Its ridiculous that you would still offer delivery if you aren't 100% sure your product will make it to the customer. Phoning the number given is also useless. When explaining what happened I was genuinely told " well if its not there tomorrow we can give a refund" then I was told the best they could do is let me go pick it up and refund delivery charges. Eventually he said he'd give the refund but it wasn't done. Very disappointing, I feel bad for anyone who tries to order delivery after me since it says its available until 1 am.
I always order online and pick up, so maybe that makes my experience different but seriously, never been let down by this location. Little Caesars is the favorite in this house!
Come here periodically for pizza. My favorite is panzerotti though. Friendly staff, always on time, very busy spot. They make a great pie!
