Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

We came for a later dinner around 730pm on a Friday night. No wait and the service was fine. Food was typical, chicken was nice and juicy, Caesar salad portion was a bit shrimpy. *ATTENTION** Don’t order delivery though, they’ll screw it up for sure and forget most of the important ingredients.

Ordered delivery. Was so looking forward to it...when it arrived I was missing a salad, the food was barely tepid. It's a big deal if my son doesn't finish ribs...he did not enjoy his meal either. Soooooo disappointed and probably will not be ordering again, even to retrieve the salad I didn't get.

It was a long wait for our food tonight and I blame myself for ordering out on a Friday night. The chicken and Perogis were good but our spring rolls were a sad soggy affair. Will still order again and again because it's Swiss chalet! 99 times out of 100 the food is great.

Ordered food through call centre at 6:11pm. Food finally arrived at 8:30pm. Called Swiss Chalet at 7:30 to see if they had caught the chicken yet. No one ever picked up....was still on hold when the driver finally arrived with our order lukewarm. Not his fault, call centre sucks. Next time if there is will use the app.

Great food, quick friendly service. Good portions. Phone for take out it's fast.

I went to the take out order. Server was fast courteous. They bought my order to my vehicle when I was ready. The area was clean and safe.

Love it. Service was great. Food was awesome. Garden salad double house dressing Catalina, Hot chicken sandwich all white meat fresh cut homemade fries & my side was creamy sweet colslaw & Gravy over the fries. One awesome meal.
