These ladies do an amazing job of creating such edible art! They also did a bang up job on a special request birthday cake and made the time to fit it in amongst their crazy Xmas rush! Thank you again!! By the way.. the "V" cake was a hit!
Espresso shortbread 9.1 out of 10. Chocolate chip cookie 9.2 out of 10. We stopped into the sweet spot bake shop on a whim looking for something to go with our coffee. We were greeted by the friendly staff on site and were stunned by the selection of homemade baked goods you would find at a local market. Tried out a few cookies and loved both of them. I loved the chocolate chip cookie not too much sugar. Not too much salt. Bang on with the chips and the espresso shortbread again, not too much sugar. Was nice and smooth. We will totally be going back to pick up more of their inventory. Especially looking for the Mars bar stuffed chocolate chip cookies! You should stop in and get some for yourself and your kids!
My husband ordered a 4-layer lemon cake for my birthday from Sweet Spot. It was beautifully decorated and looked spectacular. It tasted divine; the cake was made with butter and other high-quality ingredients. I'm fussy about baked goods and highly recommend the Shop.
Sweet spot is our family’s favourite bakery for sweet & savoury treats. Morgan & Whitney provide excellent customer service always going above & beyond. The shop is beautifully decorated. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious!! And we’ll keep coming back for more.
What a wonderful little place. Went there today and had an amazing cheese cake dessert with some of her Trail mix cookies and coffee. Delicious and fresh. We came in from Nanaimo and all I can say is it’s worth the trip. If you haven’t already I recommend trying sweet spot.
Sooooo many delicious treats, it's difficult not to buy them all!! And the sandwiches are scrumptious, as well! The staff are so lovely and friendly, this is a happy place.
I ordered a custom New York slab cheesecake on short notice for my husband’s 40th birthday party and Morgan knocked it out of the park. Hands down best cheese cake ever, all our guests agreed Thank you Sweet Spot
Such a cute little bakery!! Visited the space today with my son and chose a little of almost everything. The owner was so sweet and the treats were AMAZING! We loved everything!! Will definitely be back! Adding a photo but we ordered more than pictured :
Caramilk. Stuffed. Chocolate. Chip. Cookies. I mean, do I really have to say more? I will anyway because this is one of the best little bakeries I've been to in a long time. We got such a warm welcome and spent a lovely few minutes chatting about the business and the delicious items on display, before leaving with a quiche and three different types of stuffed cookies. This place is amazing! They have sandwiches as well as sweets so you could easily grab lunch there if the thought of stopping just for a cupcake or "a cake boat" a real thing! seems too indulgent. Whatever you do, don't miss it.
Super friendly place, the people working there were awesome! I bought 2 veggies sandwiches and they were delicious and super tasty, same for coffees! I highly recommend this place.
