I stopped in on Saturday afternoon for a beverage and made the mistake of going into the store for a latte… I was able to order fairly quickly as the cashier was ringing the orders through left, right and centre; however, it took significantly longer for the orders to be made as the drive thru was busy and mobile order patrons kept coming into the store.
Through no fault of the awesome hardworking and friendly staff, this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Waiting 15-20 minutes for coffee is a regular event in the morning. I’m writing this review 22 minutes after I sent in my mobile order and my drink still hasn’t come up. Ordering at the counter generally takes even longer. Drive thru is your best bet, but still takes longer than it should.
Barista too busy talking about herself ignoring customer, she got my order wrong and tendered transaction incorrectly. Word of advise; when customers are paying 7+ $ for a coffee, the least you can do is be respectful! The worst!

Starbucks here in small town Parksville is always a pleasure to visit because the Staff are so friendly and courteous towards their customers and the Management hires the most beautiful and pleasant people around both female and male employees. I will definitely return for the best ever White Chocolate Mocha Grande with real whipping cream
We’ve been going to this Starbucks since moving to town in 2018. The supervisors have remained relatively consistent and are the reason I’m giving it 3 stars and not 2. Sadly the consistency in service has significantly declined over the COVID years to the point where 2 out of 5 times our order is incorrect and we have to have it fixed in store. My wife and I really enjoy our coffee breaks at the store but the decline in quality sadly has us branching out to smaller cafes.
I've used the mobile ordering option numerous times in the past. Normally, it works well, in that I can order while I'm still some distance away and arrive at the store and find my order ready. Occasionally there's been delays because no one was monitoring the mobile orders. Yesterday, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered my typical distance from the store, but my order wasn't ready when I arrived. A number of people went in just before me and ordered at the counter. I waited for some time, long enough that the group before me had received their orders. When I asked a staff member about the delay, she said their ordering system has bugs and in addition, the person who would normally do the mobile orders was focussing on counter orders. The staff went on to say it would be probably faster in future if I can in and ordered in person, rather than using the mobile system. What's the point of mobile ordering then?
Left without being served after standing in line no-one in front for 3 minutes to buy a pound of coffee. Terrible service. Staff clearly have no idea. A guy behind me waved at a server who looked after him leaving me standing there. It deserves no stars but that doesn't seem to be an option.
Been here three times. Took 20-30 minutes to get drinks every time. Twice in the drivethru with only 5 cars and once going inside with only 3 people ahead. Go to Starbucks all the time in many cities and this one is always insanely slow.
Mobile order drink got cool while waiting for the breakfast sandwich that when finally arrived was just warm Not the greeting once expected when entering. I guess times have changed
