Sweet Simone's

One of the best bakery/coffee shops I've been too. Reminds me of icelandic bakeries, which are world class. Can't recommend enough! The coffee cake is a favorite! They usually have 2 different types of sandwiches for lunch as well, very well made!

Sweet Simones provided the best wedding cake for my 10/1/22 wedding that I've ever had by far. We did several different tastings and they blew away the other cakes that we tried. We also loved the options that they had regarding separate desserts. We opted to make every tier a different flavor and desserts for our dietary restriction guests. They were all a huge hit. My favorite cake of all time is a maple buttercream and they're maple buttercream was one of the best I've ever had! They responded back very quickly and we had everything finalized very quickly. We only needed to confirm a few items about a month out, otherwise this was the smoothest vendor interaction I had in my entire wedding planning process!

Nice local coffee shop with an expansive, fresh pastry selection. Breakfast sandwich and cinnamon bun were both amazing and the coffee was very solid.

We hired Sweet Simone's for our wedding in August 2022 -- the service was excellent and stress free and the cake and desserts were perfect! We went with the chocolate cake, buttercream frosting and coconut flakes and it was out-of-this-world INCREDIBLE! Thank you for making our special day extra special and very sweet. We highly recommend this bakery for any special event.

Recently spent some time in Richmond visiting family & we decided to have an early 10th birthday celebration for my daughter. We ordered a custom cake which came out out amazing! We all loved the flavors & my daughter was thrilled with the design & art! Words cannot express what this meant to her, THANK YOU!

Every pastry, sandwich, and coffee I’ve had there is great. The people working there are also amazing. Which is why Sweet Simone’s is a weekly sometimes more stop for me.

I love this place! It is a small town bakery/cafe full of life, smiling faces, and the most scrumptious sweet and savory options. On my most recent visit, the friendly, young woman at the counter made me one of the best Americanos of my life, and I finally indulged in one of their chocolate-almond croissants. It did not disappoint! My husband had one of their housemade bagels, which can't be missed. I haven't tried their Monday Night Eats but I've heard nothing but good things. This place welcomes you in with its' classic bakery feel - warm, cozy, lively, and kind. Worth checking out if you're ever in the area. You can truly taste the love and care in all that's crafted there.

Nice local coffee, pastry, lunch shop. Great atmosphere. A little expensive but quality goods.

Nice pastries and sandwiches, good coffee. Would be nice if they were open a bit earlier/later in the day if staffing ever goes back to normal - 8AM opening can be rather late if you need to get out of town for work in the morning.

Had to swing by for a fresh drink and a small bite; was not disappointed. She got her standard oat milk latte, along with a GF buckwheat bar. The consensus is that things were just right! So happy to have found y'all, as we're staying near by. Thank you for being here and doing such a great job!
