Sweet Pete's Bike Shop

Great shop! During the pandemic Sweet Pete's has been great at responding to my emails on product questions. And it's easy enough to go and pick them up a few days later when i checked item status. I thought that parking could be a challenge especially on Bloor St, but it's been fine whenever I went, I was able to find a spot.

Had a performance tune-up done at the Bloor West location. Staff we're very transparent with what needed to be done and made sure to go over everything prior to doing all the work. They were quick to respond and the quality of work was excellent as well. Overall great experience.

This store always has really helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices for services are incredibly fair, and staff are always transparent about costs and services required . Whenever I drop my bike off for service, it comes back above and beyond my expectations and within a very quick time frame. They are efficient, friendly, and fair.

Both of the gentleman i spoke to were informative and helpful, got me on my new bike within days of purchase. The store is practicing safe COVID-19 measures. Would shop there again and recommend to friends.

Ordered some bike tools and received them very quickly, considering the pandemic and worldwide bike gear shortages. Very competitive pricing as well. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.
