I visited the Brockton Cyclery with a friend who was having his bicycle repaired and serviced.  I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and helpful nature of the staff.  They were very attentive, kind and had a great understanding of cycles and the mechanics involved.  Overall great experience!

Great service! Super friendly staff! I recently bought a frame from Brockton and they have been very helpful and awesome to deal with! I highly recommend doing custom work with this shop!

Friendly, but inconsistent advice. Varies between exceptionally useful to inaccurate. Quoted the wrong price on bikes and parts several times. Staff are really nice though and bike selection runs a wide range for commuting and touring.
