"Meet Fresh originated from our two masters, Mr and Mrs Fu who were born and raised in a traditional farming family in Central Taiwan. Although society changed rapidly around them they still believed in making desserts the old fashioned way to preserve the traditional taste. The desire to share that handmade, freshly prepared wholesome taste with everyone was the reason Meet Fresh was born.They were persistent as to how they made their desserts, it had to be handmade with the freshest natural ingredients with no added preservatives. Great dessert place and ok service! We ordered a brown sugar shaved ice, it is a big portion for three people. The staff are good in service but they do not hold any conversations. The dessert also took a while to come, but the dessert is yummy so it is worth the wait!
The bubble tea was okay, but tasted somewhat watered done. The shaved ice was fine but nothing outstanding. I don’t think I’ll be back, but I do like the interior + the games!

I ordered a red bean taro tofu pudding for 10 dollars, and all I got was a bowl full of lies!!! in the bowl I barely saw any tofu, I saw two pieces of taro, exactly 4 red beans to be precise, and sh!t loads of sugar aqua! Just some background info, I got a STAT 231 midterm coming up this afternoon, a CO250 assignment due tonight, and three other assignments due tomorrow. Ha! but I have to tell everybody the fabulous experience I had with the red bean taro tofu pudding. It was soooo good!
Ordered pickup. We ordered a Tofu Pudding #3 and meet fresh signature. They forgot to give cream for the meet fresh signature. The amount of ice you get vs grass jelly is disproportional. Their portion for the tofu pudding is a rip off. In their big bowl, there is 3 scoops of tofu. It doesn't even fill half the bowl. And barely any toppings. There were so little toppings, that we called to tell them they forgot, but they said it was at the bottom. We had to really scoop around to find the traces of toppings they added. In this whole bowl, you mostly get soup. The bowl is $8.60, the amount of stuff you get is worth $0.50. Btw the photo was taken after 2 bites of the tofu using their takeout spoons. She barely started eating and it already looks like it's 80% finished. Looking at other reviews, it I definitely see that take out gets smaller portions. I don't remember it being this bad when eating at the shop.
If you’re ever around the UW Plaza area, you’ve got to check out Meet Fresh! This cozy dessert place originated in Taiwan and they prioritize serving healthy desserts without preservatives made fresh~ The overall ambience of the place was quite nice, the staff was friendly and we received good service. I had ordered the Gemini Waffle and if there was one phrase I could use to describe the dish, it would be a symphony of fruits! The dish consisted of delicious waffles topped with freshly cut mangoes, strawberries, bananas and a dollop of ice cream. Meet Fresh’s waffles had a sweet crunch to it and were well-made. The choice of fruits complimented the waffles very well and didn't make the dish very heavy. The ice cream scoop was what brought the whole dish together since it made everything so smooth and creamy when put together with the fruits and waffles it takes this dish to another level! So if you’re ever looking to try out some Taiwanese desserts or a nice place to hangout with your friends when craving for something sweet, definitely check out Meet Fresh! Really cute atmosphere for a dessert place. However, the desserts are overpriced for what they are. There is minimal service since the restaurant has a self serve concept. They give you a buzzer to let you know when the food is ready. One of the better Asian dessert places in the KW area.
Mediocre place to grab dessert near the university. The seating area is clean and had enough space. The place is self serve you order up at the front. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere was nice and open. The dessert itself was ok - had the Signature Icy Grass Jelly. It was a decent size for the price and had enough toppings, but the taste itself was quite bland.
One of my favourite spots for asian styled desserts. A good range - both hot and cold - to suit different palates and moods.
OK taste, good service though it's more self-serve. Can get pretty busy as the evening goes by after 9pm ish. Had the tofu pudding and it was okay. Not my favourite, the taste was kind of bland.
