The diagnosis was quick and easy, the service technician was polite and cleaned up after he was finished, they had the part in stock. The same service technician came back and installed the new part. Excellent considering the washing machine is a 1971 Kenmore, still running strong , thanks to Zoli’s service technician. Thanks for the great in home service!

Nice little parts supply shop for appliances. They had one part I needed on the shelf and ordered the other in in 1 day. Also gave advice that saved me from buying parts I didn't need.

Called to order a part for my washing machine. Receptionist was very rude like I was bothering her. Left her with my phone number and name. never called me back.

Allen- co-owner with his brother Brian- fixed my stove today- on time, quick and reasonable- as he always is. My family has been dealing with Zoli A Swartz for nearly 40 years- and have always been happy with their service. Please be aware that there is another Swartz appliance repair in Port Colborne that is not affiliated with this company. I have only good things to say about Zoli A Swartz appliance service. Rosa L.
