The staff are super nice !! You don't see customer service like this anymore. Melanie was a doll and saved me. Due to the pandemic store opening hours are later but she made an exception for me to open before hand ! She is the best. Quick and easy transaction. I totally recommend. Melanie if you are reading this thank you so so much!

Reasonable pricing for the most part, helpful staff, and lots of great items. Store itself feels a bit claustrophobic though, between the store being fairly small, the displays in the walking space in the store, and the somewhat dim lighting.

We went there, my sister and I, and literally got no service. No “hello” when we came in and when we asked a woman if she could take the measurements for a ring she said “no”. We had to ask why, and she said that they don’t to that, that we have to go somewhere else to take it and come back. Well, we went somewhere else and never came back ;.

Went here on mother’s day to get a last minute gift. Upon entering the boutique I was greeted, then I stood around for about ten minutes. I was offered no assistance what so ever. At the time there were four employees, only one of them looked busy. So there I was on mother’s ready to spend whatever amount for my mom but no one wanted my business. I decided to talk to one of the girls who replied by saying “oh I thought someone had already served you”. At this point I just wanted to get out of there, so I went to polar ice where I was served 2.5 seconds after stepping in the store. The lovely lady who I had the pleasure to be served by made everything short and sweet. If I could zero stars I would. Swarovski for the way your jewelry is priced the service should be a lot better. You can go to Walmart and get that type of service

I had purchased my wedding bracelet here which unfortunately broke. I had kept the bill and returned it to the store. They exchanged it for me on the spot. Overall, disappointed that my first one broke but they redeemed themselves with a painless exchange process.

Rude staff. Just go to another store there’s plenty in the area. I got a gift item and wanted to return the other, they said they needed to take the gift item back. 0 logic AND RUDE.
