Horrible experience. It's like they don't want to work. Wanted to ask about the length of a certain necklace and it took them forever to find out. I went to the richmond store previously and asked about the necklace. Knew about the possibility of ordering extra links to extend the necklace. Just wanted to know how many links I would need to add so that it works for my mom. This store at Oakridge says they don't know how long it will take for the links to come, and didn't even bother finding out how long is each link...

Swarovski crystal items make great gifts. The store here has a good selection and nice display cases. The price is in the higher range for a basic gift but certainly in the birthday to anniversary amounts. The return policy as mentioned in previous reviews is strict however I have been able to obtain store credit on items or complete replacements if an issue occurred. Parking is available through the mall and they are on a transit route.

The customer service is so so so bad! Totally disappointed they should hiring a better manager to run the store. It's just sucks..thank you

Reopened with more modern look in line with other locations. They have a Darth Vader figurine for a mear $13800.

This company is a prime example of a corporate Monster. The Oakridge manager and sales associate both told me they could not exchange an item I received as a gift without a gift receipt and them. Furthermore their kurt and careless tone along with they motto on "protecting their business" was entirely appalling. I will NEVER return here. Furthermore I will not be choosing to support this brand ever again.
