Customer service been very helpful. Last few times I went in they been warm and friendly. Did not know what to get for wiper blades for truck they had no issue looking up the size for me.

Keurig coffee machines have failed my family three times. Swan River Home Hardware has made Keurig look good and improves the HH reputation in my mind by doing it. It is rare that I find a business that is willing to jump in to assume the hassle of fulfilling warranty replacements. They have also replaced a dead rechargeable blower battery without hassle! Such a valuable and convenient service! It is such a great idea to buy local; especially when you have options like this!
