This store used to be good when it first opened but it’s gone down. They now have made the area to the till such a congested nightmare! One till open and the line up to try and get to the self checkouts is ridiculous. Such a bad set up. And the staff seem so miserable here now.nnThumbs down for the new set up.nnAlso, when you enter the store, you almost want to vomit because milk was spilled on the entrance carpet and not cleaned properly and it still stinks like sour milk when you walk in. For gods sake, replace the carpet!!!!
Staff seem super rude here and just not helpful whatsoever, waiting in line to pay for your items is a nightmare always a wait.

You have a cashier that has been on duty many times when I shop at your store. This woman is so rude to the customers, especially seniors, that I can't believe she still works there. It's obvious she hates her job. No customer should be treated like this from a nasty cashier. She never smiles and rolls her eyes when I want to give her my VIP number. When she's the only cashier working, I have no choice but to go to her till. It's getting to the point where I will no longer be shopping at Giant Tiger. The woman's name is Brittany. Thank you..
They put items on sale, but when you go through the checkout, they don’t deduct the amount for the sale. You have to check your receipt or you will be paying full price when their flyer says otherwise. When you return to the store with your receipt, they won’t give your money back when you return the item. This has happened to me many times in the past 2 years. When my father tried to return an item that was on sale, they accused him of tampering with the item.
