Never have I ever been disappointed shopping at this place.nThe Prices are phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond to help find you particulars. Such a wonderful business operation with courteous staff and huge array of choices.

Store smells and is dirty an just seems everything in the store is old and sat on the shelf for ages. Staff are rude store just really has gone downhill over the years. Would recommend to just go shop elsewhere. Save your time and money.

Usually find what im looking for at a reasonable price

I had the worst experience shopping at Ace Hardware Swan River. I went in to purchase hair clippers, after purchasing them attempting to walk out the alarm goes off, several times in fact. I was made to feel as if I was stealing, I had to hand over my vehicle keys, along with my coat. About five staff members were all circled around me. After waving my keys through the alarm it kept beeping. An older Caucasian man walked out as this was all happening and the alarm went off as well, but he was allowed to leave the store. In the end they found no merchandise on me. I walked out feeling embarrassed/upset of what happened. That will be the last time I shop locally there, and I will be sure to share my experience. If this post is deleted I will repost.
