This charming island has a variety of we'll maintained trails and historic buildings, all smack dab in the middle of aging agricultural land that's been growing wild for years. See huge trees, all sorts of wildlife, and have a grand day out walking around or taking a truck tour. Call for reservations! Access is by ferry or your own non-motorized boat.

A very cool local hideaway for great hiking and camping. Lots of wildlife to be seen and a fun historical location just a 5 minute ferry ride from Dresden.

The island is amazing its peaceful its beautiful and its a great place to camp hike and enjoy nature

I have been going here since I was a little kid. The guided tours are awesome. Not sure if it's still allowed but I know they used to allow people to camp out on the island.
