La Senza

Do not enter!!! I wanted to return stuff purchased online with a credit card and she refused to do so because I went through PayPal. The store manager on duty Saturday April 7th humiliated me in front of everyone. Screaming and did the biggest scene. If you want to be mistreated and bullied in front of customers then La Senza is the store for you!! Still in shock..

I have been a very loyal customer of LaSenza for years and a couple days ago I received the worst customer service ever!! This young worker with TONS of attitude was telling me the price, I had thought she said 20.07 so i handed her 20.10 & she looked at me with this glare and very rudely said "20.70, what did you even think you heard?" WITH SO MUCH ATTITUDE! I then left and realized she had overcharged me as well! The bra was on liquidation for 9.99 and she charged me way more! I went back the next day & the rude girl was there again, when I was doing the exchange with another sales woman she asked her "why'd you charge her this, its on liquidation?" & she didn't say anything and just stared at me and walked away. Being a club lasenza member for over 8 years & my sister working at another lazenza we have always had nothing but great experiences, but this employee needs to go! Terrible customer service & I won't be returning to this location EVER AGAIN & have warned all my friends, family & coworkers!!! it was THAT bad!!

I have been going to this shopping centre for over 20 years and been to La Senza a few times as well - the service I got today was very disrespectful and I'm shocked. Two young staff women (one on the floor and one at the cash) gave me so much attitude for no apparent reason. The one on the floor later mellowed down but the one at the cash actually threw the receipt papers onto the counter upon which I asked her if she was upset - she said no but everything in her attitude and the way she was moving indicated otherwise. Very rude and I have no idea why! Before leaving I said to her 'there are enough serious problems in the world, we don't need to get upset this way over stuff, thank you and have a nice day'.

Fairly small store. Although the staff was friendly, they were not that helpful with finding a fitting bra for my friends...
