Staff members swear too much on the job, my 7 year old son didn't need to hear that. Two were laughing and saying Fing ugly to a manican in the store. Appauling.
Staff wasn't able to process my return because according to the employee she can't refund me because I paid with a prepaid card. That she can only give store credit. I called customer service and they confirmed they will not process the payment UNTIL I notified them that it's consumer protection states they must refund me my money if I want it. She agreed and told me to go back to the store that she fixed it and the employee will see how to process my payment. I went all the way back to the store, spent an hour in the store, it didn't work AGAIN and I had to leave as i actually have a life and don't have hours to spend with incompetent employees. I then spoke with an agent named Marcello who told me that he will speak with a manager and they will call me back 2 weeks go by I hear nothing! Now I emailed in and apparently it's fixed???? And I was offered a 25% discount up to $50 for the inconveniences This store is a joke and an embarassment I will literally never shop there again what's 25% off supposed to do for me.
The staff at this location is the very best. The manager is very knowledgeable and everyone is VERY helpful. I always enjoy shopping at this location as I always get the best customer experience.
