Hi ! I'll share a quick story ~ My wedding is this summer and I was on the quest for bridesmaids dress shopping. I've only really ever known of a few awesome bridal stores in town to look at or the second option is usually going to the bigger cities or online. That being said I was shopping with my mom one day at the Bower Mall and she tells me why don't you go look at the Suzy Shier/Le Chateau they have a bunch of beautiful dresses/colors/varieties to choose. So we ventured off to look at some dresses and she was right! BUT THEN I thought well why don't we check and see with the store employees if they do any kind of bridesmaids appointments. I was met at the front counter by lovely staff and the manager Kateland . She told me they were trying to open the door to this avenue and that it was just good timing to ask about it. Long story short. My bridesmaid's all went home with there dress and some jewellery and shoes ! The staff treated us so well they had cheese platters and some water for us also they stayed an hour after hours/ close for us to let us try on the dresses and have the store to ourselves it was such an amazing experience and I'm really grateful for the staff that helped us and made my day with my people extra special. Thank you, thank you , thank you.
I am someone who feels extremely overwhelmed shopping and I have odd proportions which creates additional challenges. All the staff at this store are absolutely wonderful, beyond helpful and make me feel comfortable.
Great service store is very fresh and clean looking. Young gal with a bun helped me saturday morning she was amazing and walked out with more and a vip member
Terrible customer service. Accused me of wearing a dress I had just bought and was returning since the tag in her opinion was in the wrong spot. They only offer in store credit or clothing exchange also so don’t expect a cash/credit return. She was rude when I mentioned several times that I had just bought it. I had to prove to her that the tag location on the dress was the exact same on the other dresses in the store.
I had a wonderful experience with Abi! She is a conscientious, attentive employee, and helped me find a great outfit complete with shoes and earrings for an upcoming wedding. She gave me 10/10 service and the company is fortunate to have such a valuable team member!
i got great customer service by a girl named katelin! she greeted my nicely in the store and helped me find something ive been looking for a long time. she was extremely sweet. great store.
I went shopping at Suzy tonight and one the employees helped me during my shopping and she literally tried the dresses on to help me decide coz my daughter wasn't with me , and I want to say she is just gorgeous her name is Henna and she's only is 16 years old I am so thankful I met this girl she's adorable her smile is so welcoming and I'm happy I shopped there and met her at Suzys'.
I went to purchase some pants today. 3 employees in the store, not one acknowledged me until I asked for a change room. Had to go get a different size myself and the entire time, they did not stop having their personal conversations, including while I was paying. Customer service was awful today.
Today I was at Suzy shier Bower mall in Red Deer . The manager of the store was so rude and disrespectful to my kids , she was shouting at my daughter for not touching to the clothing rack . My daughter was so scared of her attitude . I always shop at Suzy shier store because of higher quality products and styles but unfortunately I have to stop shopping here anymore due that aggressive manager. This company will lose customers if they hire this type of aggressive person.she does not deserve to manage the store with her poor customer service . I’m not feeling happy with my visit to the store today. I don’t know here name but I’ll find out to share. I was there in the afternoon September/08/2022
Amazing place to work and shop! I always have a great time working and everyone is really nice, I can always find the cutest things there!
