I had the absolute best experience in this store!! I decided to bring my bridesmaids to find them dresses, we were immediately greated with a warm welcome and a quick run through of how the store is laid out, we were asked if we needed assistance, we were all a little overwhelmed and I’m sure she could tell. She gave us space and once we all appeared to be browsing she came back and assisted us! Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process ! I was able to find dresses for my bridesmaids! the ladies ensured everyone got to try it on and get clipped so they all knew what to expect. She then offered to pull bridal gowns for me. I ended up finding my dress as well! I left the store with everything I needed and experienced zero attitude or pushing from any employees to make a sale! I am so satisfied and have recommended this store to a few other bride friends ! Thank you ladies!!! You made dress shopping a breeze

Absolutely amazing set of ladies! No one pressured me at all, they were so caring and treated me with such respect. They didn't force me into trying on anything I didn't like "just to see". I didn't buy a dress because I didn't find 'the one ' and they 100% understood. I will definitely be back for bridesmaids dresses !!

I have been to this store a few times now with different brides. The first time, there was nothing personal about the experience. Instead you share a big open room with whoever is in the store. 2, 4, or 6 people, it doesn’t matter. The staff are harsh and not personable at all. I just got back from another appointment with a dear friend who was needing to buy off the rack. When we got there, there was a trunk show on for grad dresses. We were greeted and told there was no room for us. Eventually, knowing we wanted to buy and leave, she let us go in a room filled with 15 people while my friend tried her dress on in the bathroom. (Let me add, the last time we were there to try this dress on, the sales lady left us for 15 minutes and told the bride to be to “wait” so she could help a man in her change room.) After we agreed it was the dress to buy, the manager came out to talk to us. We asked about it getting cleaned because it was used in a shoot and the bottom was dirty. She continued to tell us no, we would have to pay for that on our own. I asked why this would not be done for her and included in the price and she began to yell at me that they do not sell dirty dresses but she would have to pay for it to be done on her own. I explained why I was asking and that I was not saying they sell dirty dresses, simply asking if this could be done by them. She continued to talk with an excessive amount of anger and was extremely rude to both me and the bride. Eventually she just walked away, leaving the bride standing there. I have never gone to a bridal store feeling so unimportant and yelled at before and I can tell you I would never go back again nor would I recommend it. There is nothing special about this place and would recommend going to a place like Novia Mia instead where they treat you great and you have your own personal experience. Such a shame for that to have been my friends experience finding her dress!

Your Wedding Place was super helpful with good selection, and well worth the drive from Edmonton. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a beautiful wedding dress.
