I'm not sure why the rating and reviews on this place are so negative. I understand the frustration of not being able to find what you need or they don't carry the refills...but really, perhaps the things you want are not in high demand? Every time I've been to Nice Stuff I'm greeted with smiles....and puppies :D Not to mention it smells amazing in there! It's the only place I buy incense and gifts for my husband. When I ask for help they are always happy to help...I really like the store and the staff.

I don't think I am alone on this.. did anyone hear the terrible Christmas jingle (we wish you a merry Christmas rendition) that this company actually thought was a good idea to put on the local radio stations?! It had to have been the most annoying radio jingle I have ever heard in my life. As if these stores don't have a bad enough rep and they thought singing about pipes papers and bowls to the tune of "We wish you a merry Christmas" was a good idea. It sounded as though they got children to write the song. Plus I've been in that store numerous times - customer service sucks.
