5 years ago my then fiancé and I were given Suzanne’s contact info to purchase our first home. 5 years later my now wife and I wanted to sell the home and move out of province. Suzanne backed our choice 100%, and got the ball rolling with a walk through of our home and an estimate as to where we should come in in the constantly changing market. Suzanne comes in with a couple decades of experience and knows the real estate ins and outs like the pro she is. And she fights tooth and nail for her clients. She knows when people are playing games and can see right through it to negotiate the best deal for you, to give you peace of mind when making one of the biggest decisions of your life. It’s amazing how available she is. I had called her early mornings, texted late at night and emailed on holidays and there was always a reply. WITHOUT delay. Her client focus is unwavering. Chose the best realtor in Barrie, and the best realty group in Barrie. Suzanne Picard Real Estate is the ONLY group I’d use. It’s honestly a shame I couldn’t have her represent our family out in New Brunswick where we purchased our new home, however once again Suzanne got right to work and found us a realtor and a realty office that worked with us and got us our dream home. A huge huge huge thank you to Suzanne and her team for everything they did, for putting up with us and for getting the right buyer for our home.

Whenever we had the simplest little question, Suzanne would be on top of it right away by calling the right person immediately to get an answer. She is very easy to get ahold of when needed. Suzanne was very helpful in providing input to my family as it was our first time buying a home. We made offers easily as we did not have to wait as her team was working hard and quick to create the appropriate paperwork to get the offers sent. Suzanne is very knowledgeable and professional. Suzanne is an outstanding agent, I have complete confidence in her work and her word.
