We have just finalized our 2nd sale and purchase with Steve Knowles in the last 2 years. Great experiences, fun team. If Steve died, we would ask another member of their team to represent us. We experienced honesty, hard work, experience and knowledge, humour and an openness to think outside the box to get things done. You can tell Steve has depth to his experience and hustle. He easily answered all our questions, while dealing with our stress.....With this team approach, someone was always available to meet our needs ( showings, open houses, paperwork -Ursula!). They aren’t too big so you feel like a number, but they aren’t too small that you feel they are out of touch. Like a locally brewed craft beer. Quality. We trust Steve and his team, the service and detail you get are top notch. Real estate agents aren’t a cheap date, but we feel we are getting what we pay for with this team!! A BIG THANK-YOU to Scott and Karen for the amazing experience of purchasing our first home. Scott's knowledge of the market and strategic planning was very impressive and Karen was a force to be reckoned with during the bidding war for our new home. Together as a team, they fought for us and won. They kept us in the loop via texts and phone calls and made the whole process so smooth and simple. Definitely feeling spoiled... they supplied us with moving boxes, a moving trailer, the house was not left in a clean state so they offered to send a cleaning service over, and the list goes on. Also, a big shout-out to Ursula, the team's client care coordinator for all the hard work you do behind the scenes. I highly recommend THE KNOWLES/WOOLSEY TEAM to anyone buying or selling. They are the BEST!!!

When I was debating on buying, I looked through a number of mls ads. I came across what appeared to be a stunning home. The listing stuck out like no other listing. I knew when I went to view the home I would either find my new home or my realtor. I met Julie first. The home I was viewing was set to perfection. So many little touches were present. I did not but that home but I knew I wanted to work with the Knowles/Woolsley Team. Scott and Julie set up an appointment at my home the next day. They had everything prepared for me including a booklet of comparable homes in my neighbourhood and a review of the original listing for my home. The thorough information and completeness of it all amazed me. They would be ready to list my home as soon as was necessary and were prepared to help me find my next home. Within a week, I found the home I was looking for, my house was listed, and everything was set in motion. They had everything ready and the team was ready at a moments notice if I needed something. Julie, Scott, and Ursala were in control, knowledgeable, and paid attention to details I didn't even think of. The professional photographer took amazing photos, they made these beautiful booklets for the viewings, they gave me information on how to prepare and set up my home for viewings, so many details! My house sold within 2 days over asking. They gave great recommendations and paid attention to details when I bought the new home as well. I was so excited I didn't think of many things that Julie pointed out like making sure items listed were in fact in the home. She was able to ensure we were informed of everything necessary. And the details! My gosh! The move went so smoothly! They recommended a gap in closing of a week which gave us time to slowly get ready. They gave me boxes, lent me a moving trailer (big enough to fit everything from my townhome), and gave me the most thoughtful housewarming gift which was something I had mentioned at the beginning and they remembered! It warmed my heart. They still keep in contact with help from time to time with little questions. I absolutely recommend them!

Being a first time home seller, I did not know what to expect during the listing process. Chad from the K-W team helped us every step of the way. From minor house improvement recommendations prior to selling to dealing with my stress during showings, Chad was a rock during the process. Not too many realtors I know would come and help change a door handle when I was struggling! Simply the best, I would and have recommended this team to anyone I know! Oh, and added bonus, they got us over asking!
