I've been trying to speak to a manager or broker of record since Thursday (SIX days ago). I am endlessly transferred to voicemails that aren't answered, or told a manager is being paged but it's 6 days later and I still haven't received a phone call despite constant follow up. BEWARE - if you need to deal with the brokerage for any admin eg a mutual release, GOOD LUCK.

Scott Woolsey has been our realtor since we were able to get into the market.  He's done it all for us, short & long term service - he found a great short term condo when we first moved into Barrie from the USA to meet our needs while we  house shopped, and then found us our home.
