I've been having issues with my Ac system. I don't know that much about cars, but I've been told my compressor needs to be worked on, possibly replaced. I phoned the clinic to see if I could bring my car in to get it looked at/get a quote. The guy on the phone was asking me pretty specific questions about my car that I tried my best to answer, but I'm not a car expert. Im not sure what the cause of the problem is, just described some of the symptoms.  He was rude and frustrated when I couldnt answer his questions and told me that it didn't sound like something he wanted to get into.
Isn't diagnosing and fixing problems what a shop does? 
No problem, I will find someone else to take my $$$.

Very inexpensive place to take your vehicle for repairs, but I definitely got what I paid for, sooo frustrating!
