Choice Auto is our go to shop for vehicle maintenance and we’ve used their service for a few years now. The team is always quick to respond and able to fit us into the schedule. The team is always thorough when servicing our vehicles and are easy and enjoyable to work with. For one of our vehicles, we had a very unique situation with the battery dying every week. The Choice Auto team worked hard and long to help us determine the issue with the main computer and helped us coordinate and resolve the issue with the manufacturer. We would highly recommend the Choice Auto team and their service.Services: Tires
I had a great experience with Choice Auto Repair. Although the work needed on my Nissan Altima took longer than expected, Kit was able to offer me a loaner car. Kit also did a great job of explaining everything my car needed with pictures and everything in order of priority and really did not try to “sell” me anything that wasn’t necessary at the time. Communication was thorough, quick and easy through text and phone calls. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future needs!Services: Side view mirror repair
I had my Miata towed to Choice auto repair because I was informed my starter was fried. As soon as it arrived at Choice they replaced the battery in my remote for free before charging me $150 for diagnostics and we found out it was only the battery in the key making the car not start. They could have easily just diagnosed my car for $150 but they chose not to. I left paying nothing. I'll be bringing my 3 vehicles here for any repairs in the future. Rare to find a shop this honest. I called choice auto and they were able to get me in same day. Not only were they flexible with working with me, they had a comfortable waiting room, offered me a loaner car so I could get to work, and genuinely worked /with/ me. They understood I was working on a limited budget and labeled the maintenance in levels of priority. When explaining what was going on to me, they asked if I knew how parts of the car worked first, before explaining something to me I already knew I get this a lot at auto places and it's frustrating. Needed inspection and had an issue. Kit and the crew were honest and upfront from start to finish, helping resolve my issues and making sure I was comfortable with the repairs before making any decisions. These guys are the most trustworthy mechanics I’ve ever worked with. They are considerate of your time and your budget. They worked with me on what issues were more urgent than others so that I could fix my Jeep little by little without breaking the bank. Not once did I ever feel taken advantage of . They are also great at communicating with you, always easy to get a hold of and always updating you on the work being done. Can’t recommend these folks enough.
