Autocolor Collision has been serving Saskatoon and area for over 40 years!

Story

At Ffun Collision we specialize in all aspect of autobody and paint repair. We have 2 state of the art paint booths, frame machine, wheel alignment hoist to offer mechanical procedures, windshield replacement, stone chip repair and so much more!
We are SGI accredited and also offer lifetime guarantee on our paint. We are an authorized Standox dealer.
We have a great group of technicians with a combined total of over 60 years experience in the trade, who take pride in their work and it will show on your vehicle.

Do not trust this place. Our parked vehicle was hit and pushed into another vehicle, front and rear bumper damage. It was 6 months old. Got the SGI estimate, took it in to them and left it for a week. Went to pick it up and could see when I parked beside it that they never painted the front bumper. Talked to the guy inside and was told it wasn't on the estimate so they never painted it... But was obviously scratched and right in the damage zone, so they didn't go above and beyond to say this should be included. Was asked to bring the vehicle back for pictures and they would get the repairs approved by SGI. Took it back later for a second time, said it would be done the next day...it wasnt...Sat there all weekend and got it back the Monday. There was something(dirt/dust/sanding something) across the hood, scratches all over from the A pillar to the fender. Counted numerous paint chips in the front end(upwards of 20) and even one on the freshly painted bumper. None show any signs of being old, all look fresh. I contacted them to have it looked at again but as expected they claimed it was regular wear and year(6 months old, no gravel roads, wife does shift and only drives to work 9 days a month, not to mention you just painted the bumper) Offered to polish the scratches out, but nothing more. Would never use these guys for anything again. No respect for others stuff and terrible service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any car appointment. 1st of all I booked my car to have a window chip fixed. I brought it in and went for a walk and was called a half hour later saying the guy who does windows wasn’t in today...woopsy. I rebooked for the only time I could which was 3 days later. I bring it in for a second time and am told itll take 30-45 minutes....I go for a walk. 50 minutes passes and I decide it’s gotta be anytime now so I walk back. Car is sitting there untouched (with my window rolled down). When I asked why it hasn’t gotten looked at the guy there says well there’s no reason to repair it since the crack had spread (b/c I had to wait 3 days) it needs to be replaced. I ask well why didn’t I get a call an hour ago when it just got reparked and forgotten about and the worker there proceeded to tell me I hadn’t been waiting as long as I said 😳 No attempt at making things better just a shrug Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Had a couple SGI claims, including a windshield claim. Took a bit longer than expected to get the car ready. The car was very dusty for sitting in the shop a few days without a windshield. The staff was very nice and welcoming.
