First all you can eat sushi in a long time. Though we booked a day in advance, this place can get very busy. Super friendly staff and the waitress we had was super nice and helpful. Food quality was very good. There are limits on certian items and upgraded items if you want. It didn't feel like buffet sushi, the quality is quite good. The hot stone was a big hit as it cooks all the steaks and seafood. Good experience overall!!
The selection for the buffet is huge with a lot of cooked food, rolls and raw. The steak was soft at medium rare and well done. The hurricane rolls are good. Sashimi and sushi pieces are smaller than what you are use to at restaurants. I did not care for the poke bowls they were a made of a sweet sauce vs the citrus tangy to accommodate the fish. It is a small place so I would recommend booking a reservation or it would be hard to get in.
This AYCE place is well known for its premium food quality. However, I noticed one thing that impressed me the most, is the great customer service no matter how busy the place gets. The staffs were very nice and hardworking. The speed of sending food and collecting emptied plates was fast. Also, the staff kindly reminded us that fountain pop is included. The premium ice cream $1 add-on. I recommend getting the sesame flavour. Vegetarian options: Lots of non-meat options Kid-friendliness: Large table for family gathering Parking: Lots of spots but it often got full easily because of sharing it with the next door restaurant Beijing Wheelchair accessibility: The automatic door was broken
We have dined here multiple times. The most recent was today for a little get together with my co workers. We were served by Rosie and she was excellent. We had to give an extra tip to her on top of the automatic 18% for groups of 6 and above we were 10 because Rosie was that good. She always made sure that we had everything we needed and she did it in a very professional and polite manner. All my co workers enjoyed the food and service here and they said they will definitely come back. Expect wait times when eating here but it's definitely worth the wait. There's a reason people line up outside even with our - 26 weather that we are having right now. The best eat all you can restaurant here in Edmonton.
The sushi is fresh and delicious. The hot stone beef was an excellent choice l. The beef was tender. The staff was wonderful and really helpful. I told them of my food allergies and they made sure all the food I ate was safe for me. Highly recommend.
All you can it with so many choices. Sushimi are very fresh. Steaks, big shrimps , fish filet on hot block is great. Dessert ice cream have a few favors. Free drinks. Price is good with so much food. Make sure to book a reservation before going because it’s a Super Popular restaurant! I love how quick the food gets served! The Sashimi was really good quality and they had the best Chop chop Ive ever eaten. The Hot plate was such a cool experience Definitely will be coming back
*Food* Sashimi, maki, and temaki: the fish is SUPER fresh and delicious. The rolls are made to perfection; the perfect portion of rice in every roll/temaki, generous portion of fish, and everything that is fried is not so oily. Lastly, the sauces are really good, especially the spicy mayo they have. Steak and lava stone cooked fish: This was surprisingly so good, the steak is tender, juicy, and super tasty. The Basa fish cooked on the stone with a squeeze of lemon and sweet sauce is A MUST. The sesame sauce is out of this world. Lastly, you should not miss their Beef Short Rib, it's also A MUST. *Service* The staff is super friendly, the server was so helpful and kind to show us their best sellers and advise on what to choose based on our preferences. The service is SUPER FAST. In less than 5 minutes, we started digging in our plates even though the place was packed. We were so excited to order more than we can eat, so the staff was so nice to come with the orders and give us the option to return them, which was so kind of them. Lastly, we left out few pieces from our orders and the staff were kind enough not to charge us. Overall: one of the best sushi places I've been to in Edmonton. I'd definitely visit again!
Definitely the best quality ayce sushi in Edmonton by far. A little more expensive, but worth the prince since fountain drink is included and hot stone meat as well. Unfortunately service was very slow during the busy hours and food was barely coming out. We were pressured to leave, because our time limit was coming up. A bit unfortunate leaving ayce not full, but quality was great.
Very busy Monday, there was an hour and half wait at 5.30 but the restaurant has opened up seats at the Chinese buffet side to accommodate those customers coming for the sushi cuisine, clever move. Foods are good and delicious, it's still my best choice for Japanese cuisine.
