I paid 17$ for a half full poke bol. Not even fresh. Why use big plastic boxes only to fill it up to half its capacity. It is misleading and a rip-off. Bad food, small portion and overpriced. Never buying from this sushi shop again. There is a reason why there are so many 1 star reviews. I should have checked before. Won’t be fooled again.
THEY ARE THIEVES. I ordered from them on Uber eats and got charged for cancelling my order eve though I re ordered 30 seconds later. They won’t refund me my order and neither will Uber eats. Very dishonest company. Way too many problems with this specific locations. They stole 65$ I will not be fooled again.
I got severe food poisoning from this place. I knew it was their food because I didnt have anything else besides sushi and the smell was funny. I had severe diarrhea, vomiting so much to the point of blood after and fever. Some dishonest stores remove peoples real reviews, lets see how long it lasts.
The sushi is reliable. Not the best, but never bad. The service was pretty quick, but we were the only ones there. Overall, pretty good for takeout.
Horrible experience. I was told food would be 30 mins late. I leave and return 30 minutes later and they tell me food isn’t ready as they thought I was going to cancel it. They forget my sauce that I payed for and then act very hostile towards me. I tried emailing the email buy no reply, if I could give you less starts I would
Everything is ready at the fridge section. Clear categories with vegetarian & non vegetarian options. Clear price tags. Love their soy sauce, combination of sweet and soy sauce! Everything was fresh and tasty!
The sushi is really good. Fresh. The bubble tea not so good, they need to change the recipe. Tastes a little like soap. Other than that their sushi is great.
I don’t know why a lot of people put one star for this store . I have ordered in this sushi shop for more than 20 times and never met rude stuff .the ingredients are fresh and with a good quantity. don’t forget the stuff are working the whole day with a mask . It’s not easy for them . I usually give 10% tips for the great job .
The food is good but they close at 7pm and often stop taking order at 6pm, which I think is ridiculous on a Friday or Saturday night. When you close that early, you should stop taking order at the time you are closing not before. They're losing a lot of money by doing so. The price is in the range, but the portions are a bit small. If you are going during lunch time good for you, but otherwise don't bother because they're probably closed or stopped taking order.
Great Service, Great food, always polite and treated with a very friendly attitude.
