Me and my buddies went for lunch, the big table in the center was so messed that one of my friend had to clean and wiped with alcohol even then they do not come to say single words. This experience was not good at all. But we ordered two large pizza halal chiken and vegetable and enjoyed. This is a humble request to the shop to keep the table clean.

Pure trash.. their website never works properly, their app never works properly, they constantly make mistakes in order and you have to argue a lot get compensation... Think we will never do business with this place again.
The good: really tasty pizza The bad: really terrible customer service, one has to wait for 15mins before someone talks to him/her and still leave with a cold pizza ... so many people waiting inside despite Covid lockdown...
I've never posted a review before and have had my share of irritating food experiences, but it's been over a week since we ordered from here and I'm still wobbling... We ordered two large pizzas with extra pepperoni and cheese/ mushrooms and extra cheese received two large pizzas with traces to no-toppings instead, two creamy garlic dipping sauces. That is all feasible in my mind and I was happy to put it down to a bad selection on my behalf, but I had 3 hungry people at the table on a Wednesday evening, more because of the error in toppings on pizza than I ordered. I did a mistake by not looking at the pizza during pick up. Then I went back the restaurant. The 'Indian' I spoke didn't need my order number... he knew exactly who I was and was very dismissive and defensive from the outset. No apology for the 'mistake' in pizza toppings and told me I should complain to Main office - certainly no offer of a refund. This was not a main office issue in the slightest and I wasn't going to call main office for poor restaurant service. He ended up telling me how busy he was no customer observed inside and cut me off. With hungry mouths to feed, I placed another order from a different restaurant, for half the price, with much better value and tasting pizzas - and had leftovers. I will never order from here again. Poor value, disgraceful customer service and an overall beyond disappointing experience.
First visit to a pizza pizza franchise and initial order of two simple pepperoni and cheese pizzas became a messy ordeal after asking to change one of them to a pizza gourmet. Employee didn’t know how to cancel an order on the cash register; no manager present to train her and she calls out another order asking cash payment for the $0.50 difference. Eventually the gourmet pizza arrives, but not the original order of pepperoni. Waiting 30 minutes for manager to understand what employee wasn’t able to get right on the first attempt. Unfortunate that students are hired and cannot learn basic cash register functions.
Very bad quality, and every time makes mistake on the order, this happened after someone else took the store. Very bad!!!!!
What can I say, it's quick and dirty pizza. If you have a pizza craving that needs to be satisfied, pizza pizza is a great choice. Sometimes you just need reliably good and quick pizza, and this is where you can get it.
Worst customer service. I called to make a delivery order, the woman online was extremely rude, I asked for a vegetarian pizza and some how she heard pepper as pepperoni. After I recieved the order my husband went to their place to replace it, he was asked to do it online, he waited for 20 minutes online to be told: we cant do anything for you. It took him lots of bla bla bla to get his money back. Plus, he saw a woman there with her bare hands and long nails put the toppings on pizza, so given the great hygiene standards there, it's good we returned our order. Never again for sure .
