Fast Service! Fresh fish! Delicious sushi! I ordered Red dragon roll and was more than satisfied. Highly recommend.
Impeccable service and fresh tasty food! A local favorite; this place was BUSY for a weekday evening! Warm cozy setting. Plenty of available parking. Fair price. A little gem tucked away near Grouse Mountain! Thank you to the kind and warm waitress who accommodated to our many requests.
Really good sushi at less expensive than I expected. The sashimi platter was excellent value with good large cuts of salmon and tuna.Recommended dishesSashimi Combo
We had great customer service experience and didn’t wait too long for our food to be served compared to the other reviews that we read before heading to the place. I ordered the Bento Deluxe and my brother got the Meat roll!
Small, but nice foods. I recommand Mori tower and House roll that I ate. Those were yummy and fresh. It is not that good location, but most of tables was full.
Insanely good. So fresh and a great price and huge pieces with great service. I forgot to take a photo of the veggie gyoza but it was yummy and different it has pasta shells in it. Very happy customer Also this shop is very close to the salmon hatchery Your can’t get any fresher feel then that.
Recently moved to the North Shore and thought to try the sushi in my neighborhood. I love sushi, especially the art of sushi. This sushi looks pretty and did not smell fishy. Ordered Takeout: Tuna & Salmon Sashimi appetizer, Tuna Maki, Salmon Maki, Oshinko Maki The Sashimi was tasty, kinda weird cuts on the salmon but overall the Tuna and Salmon were fresh and tasted good. The plating was lovely on the Sashimi. The soya sauce and white pickled ginger were plentiful. The wasabi, while delectable, was a very small amount. Not enough wasabi for the food ordered, barely enough for the appetizer sashimi. I ordered 3 kinds of maki. The oshinko was the best one... The salmon and tuna were, off? Strange taste to them. The choo-choo that was used as the filling also has an odd texture to it. These rolls remain un-eaten :/ Perhaps there are other notable items on the menu that I did not try... For me this was mediocre takeout sushi for the price of $30.
This was a place we picked out from google that was near by from a park we were in. Looks small but the food was delicious!!! From the appetizers to the main dish. Would do this over and over again. YUMMY!!!
Great price for quality sushi and the service was excellent. My gf and I split a lunch bento and house roll with gyoza appetizer, all came out delicious. They gave us complimentary tea and although our bento box came with one miso soup they brought another complementary so we wouldn't have to share. If I lived in North Vancouver I'd be a regular for sure!
Everything we ordered is delicious and the restaurant offers a lot of vegi-dishes for vegetarians. It’s highly recommended for your lunch/dinner while you visit Grouse Mountain or Capilano Suspension Bridge.
