If you’re looking for a small, cozy restaurant which makes you feel like you are in a little town of Japan, I highly recommend this restaurant. Cozy, family like atmosphere comes from the owner of the restaurant, which is a kind and friendly family. I tried Nagasaki champong, tofu, and takoyaki. All of them were very good, made with fresh ingredients. They make each dish like how they would serve it to their own family. I tasted some of the rolls that my friends got, and they were fresh and delicate as well. This would be the kind of place where are you could just go by yourself and enjoy a home like meal, or go with your friends and have a good time.
It's a quiet family run shop. They do serve some pretty good standard sushi along with some other Korean food items on the menu. I tried their takoyaki, sushi, and mochi ice cream. I personally always like to try takoyaki whenever I go, and this was exceptionally good takoyaki. I'm not sure if it's handmade in-store, but it sure tastes that way and it's really good! The outer layer was super crispy, while the inner contents stayed soft and chewy. The sushi was also well done and I don't normally like mochi but I thought I would give it a try this time. It was decent. Overall, would come again and would recommend

Highly recommend Sushi Kawa! They use high quality and fresh ingredients with lots of attention to detail. I especially loved the double mon roll as lemon zest added a unique flavor. The tempura bento box was also a good deal as you tried many items and also got miso soup and salad. The house salad was Kale salad which was delicious and first time I'd seen something other than lettuce being offered as house salad. The customer service was excellent. I will surely be visiting again
I had the pleasure of visiting this place purely based on a recommendation by friends who raved about their rolls. I had some salmon rolls, spicy tuna rolls and unagi rolls. I was very impressed with the subtle layered flavour of the rolls. The sauce in the rolls was just right and the salmon and tuna they used were very tasty and fresh! I also enjoyed the Nagasaki Champon ramen I asked them to make it Korean-style spicy. Will definitely visit again.
It’s a “blink and miss it” hole in the wall kind of place, but don’t let it fool you….the food there was amazing. I was only having vegetarian dishes which they were very accommodating with. I highly recommend the deep fried spicy appetizer tofu btw, it blew my mind. We also ordered shiitake mushroom rolls which along with avocado makes an excellent vegan sushi. The service was super friendly, family like...and I’ll be back soon.
Highly recommend this place its located in quiet placed of bedford Everytime I bought my food here for dinner and lunch.I never dissappointed QUALITY SUSHI nice ambience and friendly owner.
Wanted to try this place out after hearing good things from a FB page. It was so good, the double mon roll was my favorite but it was all good, and great prices. The staff were so nice. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this place. Moved from Ontario in the beginning of the year and can without a doubt say this is the best sushi I have EVER had. I have ordered at least once a month since being here and can confidently share that this sushi is always fresh and consistent.
