Stopped in with my wife, daughter and I. The sales team was genuinely disinterested in helping us. The salesman that approached us didn’t offer any sort of options or next steps. We didn’t get to continue our conversation when the salesman disengaged in the conversation and waked away. I hope the next customers experience is better.

Haven’t picked up my dresser yet. Posting the review about the service I received. When I walked in the door Harry was standing at the front and greeted me right away. I approached him and asked him where the dressers were. He clarified which type of dresser I was looking for, and directed me to the stock a very impressive stock to say the least. When I was looking around 2 more gentlemen that were setting up a bed stopped and said hi and asked me if I was finding everything okay. Harry approached me again and asked me if I had any questions which I did, and he answered them. I ended up leaving and going to the brick to check their prices, kondolas not only had better inventory but their Black Friday prices were way better. I went back to kondolas and got Harry’s attention, told him I wanted to buy the dresser. He assisted me right away, and informed me I didn’t have to pick it up right away because I told him I was in the process of moving and didn’t have the space to store it right now but I wanted to buy it. He was very friendly, and made conversation with me at the checkout counter. Customer service seems to come naturally to Harry. I had a great experience. Once I pickup my dresser I will update my review to include that .

Best experience, customer service is professional and well mattered, recommended to buy there, they give the best deals.

No interest sales tactic is an extra charge if you are financing; it doesn't feel like a sale. I would have expected a better deal on the amount of furniture purchased. At least free delivery would have been a nice compliment since they were going in that direction. All in all nice store, delivery was good, friendly service, quality furniture. Did end up with a table that has a screw that just about pokes through the top.

Absolutely amazing I had some issues with a TV they were so helpful on fixing my issues promptly and friendly definitely have my business from now on

overpriced big time. For example they are selling a samsung dishwasher for $859 and the sake one you can order from home depot for $595. Service was good though I prefer to keep .y hard earned money.

Why not just say 7G ... absolute ridiculous on the pricing! .. .
