The Supernova Team is a group of motivated, passionate hairdressers. We are a boutique green salon striving to excellent at our craft! We are passionate about team work and education and are an award winning salon. We work with Kerastase, Kevin Murphy and the Wella professionals / Sebastian Creative.

It has taken me years to find a hair stylist that truly listens and understands what it is that I am looking for and how I and my hair function on a daily basis. I have been going to see Michaela for almost over a year, and I always leave loving what she did. From the very beginning, I felt like a team, where would talk out photo's of hair styles I brought, and she would give me her honest feedback. I feel like I am in great hands and a trusting environment. I highly recommend Michaela if you are looking for a new hair stylist, she is awesome!

I went in with a haircut that had grown out from a pixie almost 2 years prior wanting a complete reshape, some thinning and some texturing, Trish did an amazing job, and was very relaxed and welcoming. She had some good suggestions for maintenance going forward, and she walked me through each step as she did it, making sure I was okay with everything. Super pleased with my hair! Definitely will be returning.

Very friendly staff and good service. Pricing is little on the higher side, but the service they provide is really good. I am a regular at this place and recommend this place to anyone looking for a hair cut. This is the first hair saloon I have been to multiple times in a row in the last 5 years after I moved to North shore.

I was desperate for a hair cut so booked into Supernova based on their reviews. They were great! I got an appointment that same morning with Annie who cut my hair exactly as requested - not too much, not too little! The massage during the shampoo was an added bonus and compared to salons in Vancouver the price was reasonable. I will definitely go back even though it is quite a long drive. I have had many compliments since then and I should add that everyone who walked out of there seemed to have a good cut !

The staff here are amazing! Always warm and friendly at reception and Trish is fabulous ! I have been seeing Trish for almost one year now and I appreciate the prides she takes in her job. She is a true perfectionist and is always honest in her advice about your hair. She takes the time to understand what you want and executes flawlessly! Supernova is a true gem on the north shore. Love this place #loveyourhair
