Will not notify you that sales are exchange only until you try and return something. Staff will then lie to you and say they have no way to reach the manager who would be able to make an exception on this policy. All in all, a very poor experience.

A great selection of products and an incredibly kind staff

I have been buying there for years but I always feel uncomfortable walking in. Yesterday, within 3 minutes of being there two different sales women asked if I need help. Then when I asked a question they gave me the wrong advice. Maybe they have a theft problem and need to monitor people but as a customer this is unpleasant. I will probably stick with the health food store near my home, they have a better attitude. What I do like is that they don't sell expired products and do not sell meat.

One of the best vitamin/supplement stores in the downtown area! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, fidelity card is a plus. I especially love the natural, clean protein powder selection

I always love going into Biodor ! The staff are so knowledgeable about the products and really friendly. Whenever I'm looking for a specific product, they provide me with pamphlets and enough information to help me make a decision. There are so many choices in terms of products and fresh, healthy snacks, awesome vitamin selection,  and probiotics. Also, i love their dried fruits and dark chocolate covered blueberries!

They have a wide choice, and many different products to offer. However I'm keeping my rating low as each time I go I find the service terrible. It seems if you're only getting something small you're puched aside.

This place has a great selection. The owner is super knowledgeable. They didn't have a couple things I was looking for but she ordered them in specifically for me.

Excellent service by Cynthia! Very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Our go-to person when we go here. There is room for improvement for customer service provided by other staff.

Just visited the place for the first time. Very nice and knowledgable staff. Got the products I was looking for. They also took time to give me some helpuf hints.

I just went to your store to purchase 2 bottles of Oregano Oil 30mm for 19,99$ each what would of made a sell for over 40$ and when I asked the sales woman for a booklet about the uses of this product she replays "oh so if you know about the booklet it means you already have one so I won't give you any "  Really ? You are denying me a booklet that is to spread awearness and potentially bring in more clients to your Store? How ridicules! BTW I have already brought 2 friends instore to buy Oregano Oil and will definetly tell them how rude your service is! So well you just lost me as a client Biodor!
