Superior General Maintenance and Renovations

I've known Joe for a number of years now. Joe is honest to a fault and doesn't pull any punches. He's got a lot of integrity. Every now and then I'd run into him over the years. More recently, I needed some advice on how to approach something and thought he might have the right approach. Again he was brutally up front, but his advice was very helpful! Ya gotta admire someone that builds two successful businesses after the post-industrial apocalypse. Shows a lot of character. I recommend him and his Superior Team for sure!

Joe and his team does absolutely excellent work. He refinished my basement about 4 months ago and a rental unit a few years ago. Both times extremely happy with the result. What was most impressive is that i had a water pipe burst Thursday night and he was at my house 15 minutes after I called him for help the following day. 2 hours after that, he had his team over working on it, including the plumber to fix the leak. All of this on a Friday. Service and response time simply outstanding. You won't find anyone with better workmanship and caring service. I would recommend his team to everyone.

If you are looking for a company that does it all, I would highly recommend calling Superior General Maintenance and Renovations. I was looking for an established company who was dependable, honest, clean, respectable and who would pay attention to detail. Joe and his team stepped up to the plate and did an outstanding job with several renovations to my home, and they completed the work within the time frame that was agreed to. Added bonus....right on the contract, it states that they have liability insurance/wsib coverage.

We hired Joe and his crew to dry wall a bedroom. They arrived at time arranged and work completed at price and within timeline quoted. Excellent job. --- And no mess left behind!!!! Would recommend Superior General Maintenance and Renovations!

The company already went to bankruptcy, they have screwed a lot of people already, will I'm one of them. I'm looking for the people who got screw by him.
