Recently, I installed HRV. They did the work. The technicians who did the installation were polite and friendly. But i hate to say that one who did the inspection to get the quote was unprofessional. He said he moved from Ottawa to Windsor and working for this company for 6 months. He said they would need concentric vent pipe for my house set up, which would cost $200. He said the total would be $2850 plus tax. but later when he send the paper work, it was $2975 plus tax. When i asked him why the price has gone up? He replied, the price for the unit is little higher and forgot to add controller and blah blah... On the day of installation, this guy came with the technicians and they found that the concentric vent pipe would not work. and they did the regular type with two different vent. I had expected this would lower the cost because there isn't use of concentric vent, but they still charged me the same amount. It doesn't end there, we had talked about the finance option and I misunderstood that i have 3 months financing option for this project. I said to him " I thought i have 3 months finance option". This guy replied " I CAN'T READ YOUR MIND".This guy doesn't have enough knowledge and doesn't value the customers. This is too rude. I Felt so embarrassed. I am not upset with the work of two technicians but i am with this unprofessional guy. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We recently purchased a new home comfort system from Fahrhall and want to share that it was a seamless experience. Their team did an amazing install for us, the crew was outstanding, clean and friendly, great work! In June we had air and furnace installed. July, when we ran our air we were very disappointed as we felt the cool air was not blowing hard enough up to the second floor. Our sales person said the system we purchased was adequate and perhaps our floor registers needed to be adjusted. We tried that, but no resolution, we struggled...then summer was over. Now we turned on our furnace, huge difference in the increase of air volume blowing up to the second level compared to the air conditioning. I called for service. Glen Goslin came today and discovered that when they installed the air conditioning they set the thermostat to 1.5 ton when we have a 4 ton. It was no wonder the second level was not cooling adequately, unfortunately our first summer was not what it should have been, perhaps I should have called for service back in July but our sales guy said it was adequate. Thank you Glen for resolving our issue I give you a rating of 5, it's too bad it took so long to realize there really was an issue, for that ... a rating of 2.

Excellent service, competent, friendly, personable staff. Service was provided promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner. Price was fair and the staff offered great rips and advice. I would recommend this company without and hesitation and will use them in the future.

Fahrhall stood out from the other 3 quotes we got. They had the shortest installation window, the cheapest price, and the longest warranty. When we compared all models, the one Fahrhall was suggesting came out on top when we checked different reviews online. The unit is quiet and efficient. I can't give 5 stars though as we had a slight aesthetic issue with the install. I contacted Fahrhall and they sent someone out to fix it fairly quickly. The fix revealed some minor property damage that was done during the original install and when I mentioned it, the installer shrugged it off. Damage to property - no matter how small - should always be brought to the owners attention. We had someone home during the install so both the damage and the aesthetic issue may have been avoided if they had simply discussed what they were planning to do before actually doing it. Overall we are pleased but if I am paying to have a job done, that should not create additional work for me (following up after install, repairing damage, etc.).
