WARNING !! Through my working experience Of Windsor Fence Co. Ltd. I’ve witnessed The owner of Windsor Fence Co. taking old fences from previous job sites and selling them off to customers as new fences hoping for the customers not to notice . I tried to throw away an old fence before and the owners wife was yelling at me & telling me that “ they save old fences and that I’m not supposed to be throwing them away to the dump because they resell them to customers” they have new fences also but a lot of times they resell old fences. They sell used fences from previous job sites that they would take down to ged rid of to older people and foreign people that they know they could target and get away with it which is absolutely wrong. They have been recycling that process for I don’t even want to know how long for. And yes I experienced that through working for this company and this is the kind of stuff the owners of Windsor Fence Co. Ltd. teaches their employees to scam older people. Also the owners wife is extremely rude and humiliating and does not quit harassing their employees . The owners wife makes people feel very uncomfortable to complete their job. When the employees know how to complete their job. They don’t pay you for lunch breaks which they don’t have to but also they don’t pay you for first 15 min break and last break which is 15 min also and because of that they deduct half an hour for each break so that’s 1 hour a day , 5 days a week of working that’s already close to 100 dollars a week in deduction for breaks which is WRONG I don’t know any Company that would be this Scandalous. The owners of Windsor Fence Co. Ltd. are Completely unprofessional ,untrustworthy , Rude people to be an employee for or a customer for. I’m writing this Review based off my working experience from Windsor Fence Co. Ltd. to the Customers so they are aware of what’s going on.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called to get a fence quote for my backyard and the woman answering the phone didn't even answer the phone as a business, just said hello. Then proceeded to argue with me about me sending her the dimensions for a quote vs coming down to do a proper site visit and estimate. Completely unprofessional. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We called this place. A few times. After, they sent someone out (finally) to write us a statement for the man who ran through our fence this past winter. They NEVER sent the statement. After almost a damn month of trying to contact them, they receive our call to only say "call someone else, we're busy" (in a rude tone, according to my mother). Poor customer service. We also believe they're giving us a hard time because of our dog ownership. They only ever gave us a worded quote of $400. The company we called after came out the next day and gave us a quote of $711. This company may also be cheap. From now on I won't be suggesting people give these people their business.
