We had only just begun our search for a new vehicle and were in what we considered the "Information phase." So when we walked into Superior Ford we didn't really plan on seriously considering purchasing a vehicle today. We were fortunate enough that Marcel Cook was the first person we encountered because he really impressed us and set a high expectation that was maintained by everyone in the dealership. At no point did we feel pressured to buy and we found Marcel to be extremely personable and absolutely the kind of person that puts you at ease. He helped us narrow down what we were looking for and ultimately drive the car we bought. He had answers for all questions and what he didn't know right away he found out for us. We walked away feeling excellent value in our investment accompanied by a warm feeling that we weren't just pressured and taken advantage of.

I enjoyed my visit here. I would mention a couple of things though, when I called in and said my car would be towed the service center rep. said they wouldn't be able to get to it for a week and they probably didn't have a rental available for me. I ignored him and was glad I did. The price wasn't pleasant but the service was excellent, the car was taken care of expediently and a rental was available. 

My only wonder is if the initial call was a soft sell, or if it wasn't rushed through would the price had been less. However, they did listen to my car concerns and took care of my needs once I got the car there. So they did an excellent job.

I was in the bind when looking for a vehicle.  I was not sure which car would work for best for my needs. Brett Rocha spent a lot of time with me reviewing all of my options.  We came down to two vehicles.  When I said I wanted to go home and think about them. He didn’t put any pressure on me. I am going back to buy the vehicle from Brett, now that I have had time to think about my options. He is pro.  I would recommend him any day.

Our second trip to Superior Ford, and second time leaving with a vehicle.  With confidence, these ladies and gentlemen will help you find what's best for you.  Tom and Rob, like the cartoon Tom and Jerry, keep things interesting and exciting.  It's like watching brothers picking on each other.  But what one may lack, the other makes up.   This duo has sold us our second vehicle, and has gained our loyalty and trust.  Forever Superior customers!

I am so pleased with the service from this dealership and especially from salesman Derrick Jones that I had to write a review. for the last 10 years I have driven a Volvo S80. I love the car so much that I wanted to find a newer version, but because the body style had completely changed in 2017, I need to find a gently used model. I looked all over the country for the color and equipment that I wanted, and the car that I found was at Superior Ford in Plymouth, Minnesota.

I contacted the dealership online and Derrick Jones responded to me immediately. at the time of my contact there was another person interested in the car and Derrick kept me apprised of the situation. When the other deal fell through Derek. Let me know, and I immediately put down a deposit.

I never bought a car from a dealer in another city, so I had a lot of questions. Derek helped answer all my questions before I flew up to get the car, But the icing on the cake was when he offered to pick me up at the airport! 

Everything happened exactly as Derek said it would. I highly recommend Derek Jones at Superior Ford as a sales person.
