This is where I just bought my terrain. These guys are so kind, honest, and tell it how it is. They worked with us so well AND DID not take whole day for paper work and make us wait around til the banks got back to them. They were getting it done for us while we were at work. There vibes are on point and honest we felt so comfortable there. It wasn't like "hey buy this car and get the heck away." 10/10 recommend.
Ben was amazing and even made time for us on a Sunday! He respected the financial boundaries we set and never tried to push us into anything we didn't want. He was friendly and personable! They had lots of options in our price range and we were able to find something my daughter and I both agreed on for her if you're a parent you know how hard that can be lol without driving to 100 places. We both drove away smiling and feeling like we had a great experience!

I went to Innovative Auto to discuss options about my current lease and as much as they would of liked to sell me a new car, they found that the best financial decision for me was to buy my current lease. They were so helpful, honest and patient. Just go for yourself and you’ll see! THE BEST hands down! I’ll be back for my next car! Thank you
I personally worked with Marshall who guided me through the process at a comfortable and easy pace. I told him I liked the Ford F-150 posted out front and after a test drive it didn’t have everything I wanted. After a conversation about preferences, Marshall was able to get me a quote for all the maintenance services and after market accessories I would require in order to move forward with this purchase including an extensive warranty plan. I seriously couldn’t have asked for a better used car dealership experience in the small town of Hooksett NH. Their prices are quite competitive, yet fair and they were. Brutally honest about every step in the process. Look forward to taking my car there for services in the future
My husband recently died and I called Ben to sell our minivan. Ben took charge and drove to my house 2 hours away! to drive the van back to NH. He was in constant communication with me during the selling process. I didn’t have to worry about anything! I believe he was fair and honest with me throughout the whole process.
I've been to a number of dealerships looking for a replacement vehicle. Innovative Auto Sales is the great. Marshall & Ben are the best. Honest & to the point, all of the cars are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this dealership.
